I just wanted to express my thanks to Jason and Rob who between them transported my failed Jag back to my home garage in Welwyn Garden City, Herts, on Saturday. My day had started badly with the car breaking down and I became very stressed, but both Jason and Rob were very professional, efficient at their jobs and very pleasant company en-route. So I arrived at our destination in a much happier frame of mind than when I first contacted the RAC.
To the ManagerI would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all at GRS who so speedily and efficiently helped us on Friday to get back on the road after my husbands little error.
As we were away from home and due to travel back the following day it was wonderful to have such reassurance from your team and we were more than grateful for the tea.
You must be proud to have such a good team of people working there.

Your driver Mike picked me up this morning at 11 after I had two burst tyres, and brought me and the car to ATS in Ringwood. I wanted to say what a good job he did: he arrived as quickly as was reasonable to a recovery in the middle of nowhere, and was very quick and efficient and skilled in getting the car onto and off the lorry. But above all, his driving was noticeably safer and more considerate than most drivers you see on the roads with such cumbersome vehicles, and he was very careful.
I would like to complement on the very good service I received today when my car would not start, the repair vehicle arrived within the hour and James the mechanic had things under control with such efficiency, I have to say James was a cheerful bouncy person, so thank you very much grs and especially having someone like James in your employ.
This morning i was facing a serious issue of moving my sons broken down car (minus keys) off the road and onto my drive with the local authority having issued a notice of removal order of which i only noticed after arriving home from work this morning. The notice deadline was today so panic set in but after ringing your company and speaking to one of your advisors, he booked one of your employees to attend to my problem first thing, my panic eased somewhat by his reassurance to resolving the problem.
Your employee who attended and competently dealt with the car was professional and extremely knowledgable with his duties, second to this he was also so customer focused which was a surprise to me not sure why but probably in my minds eye i had this stereo typical image in my head of how he or she was going to be. please pass on my thanks to him for efforts today as he certainly deserves it.
The service I received was very impressive – I felt reassured by the efficient service I received. There was a delay between the estimated arrival time of the assistance and its actual arrival. Throughout my waiting time, I was receiving frequent calls from you checking if they had arrived and when he hadn’t, feeding back to me where he was and how long he would be. I found this so reassuring and I felt as if there was someone there ensuring I was safe and being cared for – THANK YOU! This has made me want to renew with you again.
HI Nick,I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how impressed I am with the assistance received today from GRS. I’ve not used my Autoaid breakdown policy before and was slightly dubious as to the service I might expect when compared with the big players – I’ve used both the AA & RAC in the past. However the entire process was seamless and efficient. I was delighted to receive a call from Jo confirming that someone would be with me in 20 minutes. John duly arrived within the stated time and swiftly got my car started. The experience was 100% positive and I appreciated the friendly and helpful service provided by both Jo and John.

Hi – I would just like to say thank to everyone who helped me and partner on Friday afternoon when our x5 decided to dump coolant over hotel car park. The service we received that day was second to none from the initial contact with Sharon followed by the mechanic who came to the rescue and the final chap who lifted the car and delivered it home for us. All three members of staff were brilliant and real pleasure to deal with which made a difficult situation much easier to dealOur holiday disruption was kept to minimum due the professionalism and kind nature of all staff concerned. We have received a feedback form from Admiral insurance which we will fill and give you the maximum rating on all fronts. However I felt that this may not be fed back to you directly and we wanted to say huge thank you personally

Dear Richard, as per telephone call:I would like to pass on our (very) grateful Thanks to your team for the excellent care and service we received on Saturday 29th June.
I was (un)fortunate to break down whilst towing a caravan, and Bob came out, but the car was not repairable at the road side. He took us to a place of safety, as I had broken down in a dangerous spot on the A350/ A31 roundabout.
Ash came along and took my Husband & I all the way to Leicestershire with the caravan in tow! Both guys were polite, courteous, and extremely friendly, and I would like these two guys to know how grateful we were to get home safely.
The car is another matter and is very sick!! But feeling low and so far away from home, Ash made us feel at ease, and kept us smiling. Please pass on our grateful thanks to Bob & Ash. I wish you all the luck with your friendly business for the future…. but I don’t think you need it, what a great service you provide .

Just wanted to share with you the feedback we received on a job this weekend.Stephen Payne called CARE Recovery as he had mounted the pavement in his Citroen C5 and was stuck behind the front wheels. We passed the job to yourselves, which Chris accepted and advised he would assist us with as best he could.
When I called the driver back to check all was sorted, he advised he was back on the road and was chuffed with the level of support and assistance you had provided him. He said he would recommend you to others and wanted me to pass his thanks on.
